Andrew was appointed Partner in 2017 following his return from London having worked for a prestigious City surveying practice where he gained a wealth of experience in both project management and quantity surveying.

Andrew’s key sector experience includes commercial office, education and residential, providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a diverse range of public and private clients across these sectors.

Andrew is committed to the development and growth of the practice ensuring that we are at the forefront of innovation in our profession. An excellent communicator, Andrew builds enduring relationships with clients and design partners, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Ciara joined HMK in 2008 and was appointed Partner in 2017. Ciara provides a full range of project management services across a variety of sectors and has particular experience within education, including flagship, high value facilities.

Ciara is responsible for business development including procurement and accounts management, and is an advocate for Continuing Professional Development within the company; investing significant time and resources in ensuring the constant advancement of all staff with a view to continually excelling in the service provided to clients.

Ciara’s contribution to practice standards was formally recognised in 2016 with the award of the Investors in People standard.

Stephen has 25 years’ experience in both Quantity Surveying and Project Management and plays a central role in delivering the practice's combined project management and quantity surveying offering. Stephen excels at first defining the client’s value requirements then steering multi-disciplinary teams toward efficiently achieving them.

Stephen’s experience spans both the public and private sector with a focus on commercial office, education and residential. His uniquely balanced and considered approach is borne out of experience operating at a senior level in both the PM and QS function, and a range of demanding, often repeat clients can aver as to the efficacy of his approach to cost control and project management.

James has 25 years’ experience in both Quantity Surveying and Project Management and is instrumental in delivering comprehensive project management services across a number of the practice's flagship schemes. James’ approach to project management is underpinned by a profound understanding of project commercials, and clients benefit from an informed, technically adept approach that bridges strategy, delivery and technical requirements.

James’ experience spans both the public and private sector with a focus on commercial office, education and mixed use. James specialises in delivery of agile, flexible workspace and move management for clients with complex and evolving operational and phasing requirements.
