The project, carried out for the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA), involved a turnkey design and build contract to provide 34,500 square feet of Grade A office accommodation to NICS workplace standards. The works included complete replacement of the external envelope with back-to-core structural refurbishment and construction of a three-storey extension at the main entrance with a stunning feature entrance piazza and undercroft accommodation. Internally, the building was stripped out and refitted to provide modern state of the art facilities in accordance with the Workplace 2010 design and construction performance specification.
