The project involves complex phasing and decant arrangements to facilitate uninterrupted operation of the existing facility throughout construction of the new, and incorporates significant sitewide retaining structures on account of site levels. Hood McGowan Kirk LLP successfully procured the scheme in the midst of a highly inflationary, post COVID market.
