Located between The Boat and the listed McHugh’s pub and enjoying views across Custom House Square, the new development also incorporates a ground floor coffee dock, in so doing activating the building’s frontage and contributing to a greatly improved streetscape.
HMK led a committed, multi-disciplinary team that fundamentally revised an extant approval to materially improve GDV whilst improving the building’s aesthetics, in so doing expediting this truly one-of-a-kind scheme.
