HMK project managed the design and construction of a large rear extension, with works extending to extensive alterations to the existing dwelling including living areas, bathrooms and dressing room. The work was carried out under Permitted Development and the extension blends seamlessly with the existing building – an approach which required significant demolition and temporary propping and the installation of goal post steelwork. Bespoke steel doors complement a hand painted kitchen and bar area.
